* History or update of history * Physical examination by an occupational health nursing practitioner * Urine screening (dipsticks) * Spirogram (lung function) * Vision-screening * Random Blood Glucose * Post Medical Recommendation (Certificate of fitness) * Additional tests like laboratory tests, chest x-rays or  site specific criteria  can be added to a standard medical according to your   workplace exposure or risk profile. * Standard medicals can be done at Jacobs office or onsite via our POP UP Service.
